If you are ordering online, please bring your confirmation email and one of the following personal documents when you come to pick up your tickets:<\/p><p>ID card<br \/>Passport<br \/>Driver license<\/p><p>\u2013 From 25th August to 22nd September, 8:15 &#8211; 18:00: at the reception area, 4th floor, Windsor Plaza Hotel, 18 An Duong Vuong, D5, HCMC.<\/p><p>\u2013 From 23rd September \u2013 26th September: online ticket counter opens from 17:00 to 22:00 at the event entrance.<\/p><p>Hotline: 090 952 6966<\/p><p><strong>Ticket exchange and refund:<\/strong><\/p><p>Ticket exchange or refund is not applicable.<\/p><p><strong>Prohibited items to bring into the event:<\/strong><\/p><p>For the safety and comfort of event attendees, the following items cannot be brought into the event:<br \/>\u2013 Items and bags including backpacks, camera cases, glasses cases, drawstring bags, computer bags, coat bags, belly bags, wallets \/ purses larger than 4.5\u2033 x 6.5\u2033\u2026<br \/>\u2013 Explosives<br \/>\u2013 Food and drink<br \/>\u2013 Prohibited drugs<br \/>\u2013 Laptop<br \/>\u2013 All types of weapons<br \/>\u2013 Other items that may be dangerous or affect the festival<\/p><p><strong>Regulations on age:<\/strong><br \/>This event is only open to guests 18 years of age and older. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend.
