How to receive your tickets

For security reasons, tickets can only be delivered in person. If you are ordering online, please bring your confirmation email and one of the following personal documents when you come to pick up your tickets:

• ID card 
• Passport 
• Driver license

– From 5 – 26  September: at the reception area, 4th floor, Windsor Plaza Hotel, 18 An Duong Vuong, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

– From 27 September – 2 October: Online ticket counter opens from 17:00 to 22:00 at the event entrance.

– From 06 – 08 October: Online ticket counter opens from 17:00 to 22:00 at the event entrance.

Ticket exchange and refund

Ticket exchange or refund is not applicable.

Prohibited items to bring into the event

For the safety and comfort of event attendees, the following items cannot be brought into the event:
– Items and bags including backpacks, camera cases, glasses cases, drawstring bags, computer bags, coat bags, belly bags, wallets / purses larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″…
– Explosives
– Food and drink
– Prohibited drugs
– Laptop
– All types of weapons
– Other items that may be dangerous or affect the festival

Regulations on age
This event is only open to guests 18 years of age and older. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend. Guests may be asked to check identification.
