Lucky Draw
Terms and Conditions

Program Duration: September 23, September 24, September 25, and September 26, 2026.

Daily Lucky Draw Time: 9:30 PM nightly.

01 lucky draw prize per night comprising 04 gift vouchers, each valued at VND 5,000,000. Vouchers are valid from September 23 to December 23, 2026.

All guests attending the "Vibrant German Food & Cultural Festival - Oktoberfest 2026" at Windsor Plaza Hotel on September 23, September 24, September 25, and September 26, 2026. Admission tickets bearing a "C" stamp are excluded from participation.

Note: The event is strictly for guests aged 18 and above.

Guests must legibly fill in their personal details on the back of the right ticket stub.

Ticket inspectors will tear the right stub to place it into the lucky draw box and return the remaining stub to the guest for verification upon claiming prizes. Both stubs share an identical lucky draw code; the Organizing Committee will determine winners based on this code.

At 9:30 PM nightly, the Organizing Committee will conduct the lucky draw publicly on the festival stage and announce the list of winners on festival display screens. The winner list will also be published on the festival website (http://oktoberfestvietnam.com/) and relevant media channels.

Guests must be present at the time of the draw (9:30 PM). After 3 calls, if the drawn guest is absent, a re-draw will be conducted.

Guests arriving at the event after 9:00 PM will not be eligible to enter that night's lucky draw.

Each admission ticket is eligible for one winning chance only.

Winners must present their original National ID Card (CC/CCCD) or Passport when claiming their prize. The name on the ID/Passport must match the name filled on the ticket stub. Additionally, winners must present the retained counterfoil stub for verification; the date and ticket code on this stub must match the winning draw ticket.

In cases of prize collection by proxy, the authorized representative must provide all required valid personal identification documents along with an official letter of authorization (notarized or certified) from the winner. The hotel will verify these documents within 4 working days prior to handing over the prize. The proxy must also present their original ID card.

The ticket stub used for redemption must remain intact, without tears, scratches, alterations, or erasures.

After September 26, 2026, the Organizing Committee will contact winners and announce final results across media channels within 2 weeks.

Winning guests are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and incurring expenses related to prize ownership under prevailing legal regulations.

The Organizing Committee will withhold personal income tax (PIT) from winners in accordance with statutory regulations prior to transferring the prize.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use the winners' names, personal details, and images for commercial advertising purposes without paying any additional fees.

In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any marketing/advertising collaterals, the official terms and conditions published at http://oktoberfestvietnam.com shall prevail.

In case of any dispute or complaint, the final decision rests solely with the Organizing Committee. - Prizes are strictly non-convertible to cash or other in-kind items.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify, supplement, or amend part or all of these terms and conditions throughout the event without prior notice, provided such modifications do not adversely affect participant rights and have been approved by the Department of Industry and Trade.
